Servpro of Mission Viejo came to the rescue after a pipe burst in our wall and flooded our garage. With just a quick phone call, Nick and his AMAZING team showed up and immediately got to work to stop the water leak and dry our home. With their high tech equipment, they found that the water not only flooded the garage, but it also ran under the flooring into two bathrooms and our hallway, so after stopping the leak, they set-up heaters and dryers to make sure no mold formed. While half of the team cut out the drywall and took care of the water, the other half of the team started clearing and drying everything in the garage. This is a 2-car garage that hasn’t been cleaned out since we moved there in 1972! Next thing we knew, the garage was empty and all of the items were expertly and carefully placed in boxes with the location of where they were located and what the contents of each box inside was. It took two huge trucks to haul all of our garage items to the ServPro dry storage. Nick's team was fast and VERY PROFESSIONAL. My dad is in his late 80’s and is very hard of hearing, but Nick and his team always kept him informed of what they were doing and were extremely professional and kind. He couldn’t believe there was a business that did all that ServPro of Mission Viejo did for us. We were very impressed with the quality of their work as they treated our home like it was their own. We only called our insurance company once to get a claim # as Nick and his team took photos of everything they did and uploaded all of the photos to our insurance adjuster which was a huge help. After everything was dry, they repaired all of the drywall, replaced new baseboards and made everything look like we never had any water damage. After this, they brought all of our garage items back again and helped unload the boxes. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ServPro of Mission Viejo to everyone, as they made a very traumatic experience a very happy ending with their quick action to our emergency, extreme knowledge of what needed to be accomplished, and OUTSTANDING staff. We have never dealt with such an AMAZING company before. Thank you Nick and team, we are forever grateful!!

We are extremely happy with the services we have received from Servpro. We hired them on a Sunday under emergency flooding, and the team worked so hard so fast under the supervision of Maricella . She had been a blessing in this process, she is extremely hard-working and takes care of your house like it’s her own! From beginning to end, they did an amazing job. They took care of all of our personal items and made sure everything was boxed and safely stored.
