Great staff! Sanchez and Gehbard are truly the best. This office is incredibly flexible with both walk‑ins and appointments, and being open on weekends is a lifesaver. It helps avoid the long wait times at Memorial and Providence ERs. I also appreciate that Ross Legacy can draw blood work in‑house and send it out for you — everything is handled in one place. Excellent experience every time.
If it's possible, I would give a zero star!
I told I needed help for my severe covid symptoms and because it was a bit past 5pm, they couldn't help and said to call back tomorrow morning! They did not even refer me to an urgent care that could help! Wow!
Who in the medical care field does that?
Too bad they missed a PPO patient! Never calling them for medical help ever again!
Kendra (at least that's the name she gave me) is lazy and needs to be removed if she can't perform simple tasks. Years ago I was a patient here and the doctor was performing in office surgery that was against normal protocol so it was very expensive and it didn't even fix the problem. He should be sued for malpractice. I might have forgotten about it but it's been well over 5 years (I haven't lived in this area since 2018) and they are just now sending me a bill claiming I still have a balance. He needs to be sued for malpractice. Apparently, there's no way to contact the billing department other then email that Kendra, the front office clerk REFUSES to send to my email....read full review
