It was our first time attending a kid friendly workshop. It's a bit of a drive for us but honestly it was worth coming here. The owners of the shop was so nice, they had everything ready for us & the instructions were easy to follow. Quite frankly it's fool proof, you can get as creative as you'd like. We did it on a Saturday & it's quite possibly the most relaxing activity I've ever done with my daughter. Together we made a spirit garden with kodama which are spirits in Japanese folklore that inhabit trees. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. There’s plenty of succulents to choose from and other plants. She also has some pre made “fluffy soil” or chunky soil for a cheaper price and starting out if you dont want to buy bulk and amendments. Support small businesses!!

I went to the cutest store today! Opening a business and had to decorate a front piece and had been next door for dog grooming. When we entered, I asked the lady behind the counter for help and she did. She answered all of our questions and even recommended certain plants over others based on what we had in mind. We will definitely be returning as we'll need to decorate the rest of the store. But loved how knowledgeable and friendly she was. They also give a punch card with is nice.
