First time here. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly. Tracy is a great nail tech that does old school acrylics. She did a perfect job amd was very friendly. I highly recommend this place and Tracy.

I tried Polish Nail Lounge in Mission Viejo for the first time and had a really good experience overall. Customer service is truly on point. As soon as you walk in, they acknowledge you and make an effort to take care of you right away, even when they are very busy. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming, even though I unfortunately didn’t get her name.
I highly recommend Helen for pedicures. She is very detailed and takes her time. She did an excellent job. Someone else finished my nails because Helen does not do gel or color, but everything still came out nicely.

I love Polish Nail Lounge! I have been going here for my mani/pedi for 4 years. They have a huge selection of nail polish, acrylics, gel & dip. They give wonderful 10 minute massages with each mani/pedi. They use organic products that are much less harmful for your skin. It is very clean and reasonably priced. They accept both appointments and walk-ins. Walk in wait time is usually minimal. They sell gift cards which are perfect for birthdays and holidays. Tilly & the girls are so sweet!
