Ora Pilates

First off, I’m a newbie to Pilates so I booked private sessions to try it out. The sessions have been excellent and exceed my expectations. My instructor Ela is very thorough, patient, and kind. The studio is clean and has a very welcoming, cozy feel. The workout is fantastic, you can work out your whole body on the reformer, and it just feels so good. I am excited to sign up for weekly classes after my private sessions are up.

Ora Pilates is a fantastic studio with a great atmosphere. My instructor, Behnaz, is excellent! She explains every position clearly and provides necessary corrections to ensure proper form. Highly recommend her classes for anyone looking for high-quality instruction.

I have loved my time at Ora Pilates! Ela and Leela are my favorite instructors! They are both kind, professional, and offer a challenging yet doable Pilates class that has helped me get back to my pre-baby weight. I highly recommend their classes.
I have some wrist and neck/back sensitivity but am able to do everything in these Pilates classes since you are using a reformer machine and not a mat—this way I can keep my head and neck down and supported on the headrest. I’m not someone who stays motivated exercising on my own, so this studio has been a perfect fit for me 😊
