I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Krad who performed a cataract for my right eye. Later I had to have the left eye surgery when I had a problem with the retina. Unfortunately communication with the office is a nightmare when an urgent matter happens. Nobody was returning my callS. I had to drive to the office to get the attention needed. Necessary steps were taken for me to be seen by a specialist on the same day which was fantastic. After treatment and obtaining clearance for the cataract surgery, I tried to contact the office, coordinators, office manager to arrange for my surgery and Nothing.
