I really like the Kaiser service. Doctors and Nurses are wonderful. I had a really serious infection problem a few months ago. I went into the local MV office on a Thursday evening around 6:00 p.m. Nurses and Doctors made sure I received the medication I needed. Doctors and Nurses stayed until 10:30 p.m. to make sure I was treated. They also scheduled an appointment for Friday evening and Saturday evening to make sure I received multiple antibiotic treatments. I would give them 10 stars but only 5 available to select:) Thank you so much Kaiser!!!!
This morning, I had a phlebotomist from Kaiser Permanente draw blood, and she was the best phlebotomist of ever had the experience of working with! I highly recommend Shahnaz M. She’s the best!!
Appointment April 8 at Mission Viejo facility, saw a hand waving at me as I entered building, welcoming me to check in with her. Went upstairs, barely sat down when I was summoned to the doctor's area. Alma took vitals, was friendly and efficient, Dr. Coulson entered room within minutes and she was fabulous. I had seen her a year or so ago, remembered her as a 10. Handled my issue quickly, I took elevator to pharmacy where excellent everything continued. Geraldine welcomed me, said Rx already there from doctor, within five minutes Luna called me over, took my $10, was super friendly and then pharmacist Geraldine returned to discuss meds.
