HomeSmart is a wonderful company to work for. They train their agents, have classes you can take has software that you can upload your listings, Get forms, make flyers, order your business cards.

This is my first and it might be the last review on Yelp. This review is in regards to Carol Haacker DRE Lic. #00623060 Unfortunately, our experience with her was very unpleasant. After we decided to withdraw our house from market last month due to their poor marketing skills and follow ups. We have had several attempts to peacefully end our contract, but she arrogantly refused to respond to our emails and making no effort to resolve this problem. You know how they say that buying and selling your house should be a very nice and smooth experience, well unfortunately for me it was the worst experience of my life. I usually don't write on yelp because I think everyone has their own perspective of a story or an experience, but I really don't want this for my worst enemy. Working with "Homesmart team" is like working with some teenage stubborn kids that want to revenge their failure by making your life harder.
