Rosy is an expert in hair color and has done beautiful things for my naturally dark brown hair, carefully transforming it into the lovely blonde balayage it is today. She always listens to what I want, is upfront about what to expect, and provides gorgeous results. My hair has remained very healthy because she is careful with my hair and has made excellent product recommendations.
