They got me in same day. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and friendly! Dr. Syn was extremely informative and didn't pressure me to do anything more invasive. I plan on returning if I continue to have issues.

Dr Syn was professional and kind and I highly recommend him- I went to the Irvine office near the airport and it was modern clean and friendly staff - hard to find the office but we found it - easy parking too :)

Dr. Syn told me he doesn't work for this clinic. That tells me they don't keep their website up to date. They also don't mention any other doctor in the clinic. How can I trust them?

I had pain in my anus and looked up proctologists on internet in my area and Orange County Hemorrhoid Clinic came up on top. Very impressive web site. Looked like a great place so I made a appointment. I went to Mission Viejo office. I was shocked when I arrived, This place was run down ,dirty and nasty outside and inside. I could not find any sign that said Orange County Hemorrhoid Clinic because that is not what is really was,. It was really called the Minimally Invasive Surgical Institute, which is seems very deceiving to me. I asked where the Hemorrhoid Clinic was and the receptionist said here. I forgot my mask so I asked for one and they said it was not required but gave me one. What kind of Medical Office does not require mask in times like this! I almost walked out but my Anus hurt and I wanted It looked at by a Doctor. They took me into a run down room. Doctor examined me and said She is not sure what it is but I need surgery to remove it and they do Surgery there. No way am I getting surgery in that nasty place! There website is fake and deceiving so BEWARE! I went to a Hoag doctor and he examined me and knew right away what it was and put me on a treatment I do at home. I told him the so called Orange County Hemorrhoid Clinic said I need surgery and he said "surgery for what" you do not need surgery. I hate to write bad review but these people are not honest and are just out to trick you with there website and make money. They should be reported to State Medical Board. Update: Hoag doctor prescribed me a special compound cream and gave me a list of what to do and it worked great. No more pain. No surgery was needed.

Very weird and frustrating experience today! Already went to clinic three times everyone was friendly then scheduled a fourth visit on 5/2/2022. I confirmed both text message and email on 5/1/2022. when I came over at my appointment time, the office is closed without any notice, so I called the office line, the operator didn't explain anything, just asked me to come back one week later. On 5/9/2022, this time I didn't receive any scheduling and confirmation message so I called office ahead of time and confirmed the appointment through the phone. When I came before the procedure , I was asked to speak to their billing manager to discuss the bill. To tell the truth I think the consultation fee was way too high (It is even more expensive than one time treatment and it was less than three minutes of talking). So I only partially paid the fee and was asking to waive the rest. I would have been more amicable to the consultation fee if they informed me of the cost ahead of time. Apparently this billing manager lady doesn't care about the CA medical bill law and she is focused on fighting with customers: she first blamed my insurance, which has a high deductible, then she said something like if you don't pay the full consultation fee, means you don't think our doctor would give you good service, blah blah blah. How I can continue the service with threats. I paid the full bill she asked and left the office without seeing doctor.At that moment the money is not an issue but customer rights is! The whole treatment became a failure.

Wow so incredibly rude on the phone. Called today as I have been experiencing postpartum discomfort.. you'd think the lady on the other end of the phone is suffering from very painful hemorrhoids herself the way she answered the phone. Answered every question quite aggressively. This is already a pain in the a$$ to deal with.. literally! So finding a place that makes you feel understood is a must and maybe has a little bit of phone etiquette?? Had every intention of scheduling an appointment but I will keep looking.

Called Dr. Jenkins' office and fortunately they were able to schedule same day appointment due to our emergency. Dr Jenkins was very professional and friendly. She listens to my wife's worries and concerns, she gave few options without going through the surgery. Now my wife is fully recovery. Thank you Dr. Jenkins for your honest and professional advices.
