Had a technician take some measurements for a quote over two weeks ago and despite repeated follow-ups from me, I still haven’t received the quote. Perhaps business is so good that they don’t need new customers, but if this is their level of communication when trying to win my business, I’d hate to see what it’s like after I’ve paid them.

Richard (I think that was his name, might be wrong) and Javier were an absolute pleasure to have in my house to fix my windows. They worked quickly, were incredibly personable and we had pleasant conversation even as they worked.
Only ding I can say is that Scott came out and told us 4-6 weeks for part delivery. I emailed him about 4 times to follow up at the 5-7 week mark and never got a response. But once I called we had our install scheduled within 3 days. But Richard and Javiers positivity made up for that in spades. I have a had a lot of trade people in my home and it has never been this pleasant. Id take them both out for a beer.

This review is not a reflection of the installers or the work they did. I ordered and had four Dutch door installed by Eisenbart. Despite being standard doors, they took six months from order to install. This included ordering the wrong door multiple times, and emails and phone calls going unanswered. I was continuously patient with this process. Seven months later, the paint on the doors is bubbling. I contacted them this week regarding the issues, but haven’t heard back yet.

Eisenbart and our Kitchen Window is the highlight of our full Kitchen remodel project, both in terms of the beautiful window design, quality of the result, and the experience. Even more notable was the professional service, respect for the customer and our home during the installation, focused on customer satisfaction. From the initial job review, quotation, scheduling, keeping us updated on delivery and installation, it was a great experience and pleasure to entrust this work to Eisenbart. The installation team were truly professional, caring experts, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up and finishing inside and out as well as at the job site. So many of our other contractors left us with the clean up. We love sitting at our new Island and looking through the beautiful window over our back yard.

I had a few estimates before I chose to have Eisenbart and Sons do the job. The estimate was slightly less than other companies. I had a large patio door and 2 side windows replaced along with 2 window sills. The patio door came in with a large scratch, they refused it before even coming out. We had a new one within 10 days. Two teams arrived the day of the install, on time and very friendly. They answered all my questions during the install, but most of all they were meticulous and very professional. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

A service man came out and took measurements for a shower door repair job. It's been two weeks since I've heard anything. I've called several times, and they don't return calls as promised. Even if I were to finally get an estimate from them, I would have to wait even longer while the product is produced and the shower door repaired. They came highly recommended, but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! If I could rate them NO STARS, I would.

Have an issue with warranty. Had the entire house fitted with new windows including removal of kitchen bay/garden window and replaced with conventional window. When I was getting quotes , they were not the cheapest, but Scott,the owner , convinced me that they are the best and will take care of any problems resulting from their work. When we had rain after that , there is a leak in kitchen, which was NEVER THERE BEFORE.. Eisenbart sent a team out to find problem. I was told that it was not their fault because the problem was the paper just above the area where they worked. I have had a contractor and 2 other stucco repair companies advise me that the problem has to do with the repair of the stucco by Eisenbart and that they should take care of problem.Sent an email requesting them to take care of problem , under warranty, but have no reply to my request. Do not recommend using this company because they do not stand behind their word of taking care of problems.

I had some vintage stained glass windows (9), that encompassed an entire wall that were slipping out of the frames. Chris, Thomas, and Nathan removed the windows with no damage! They will be repaired and used later. They installed three picture windows in the same place and they are beautiful. I was worried that the windows may not fit as they were odd sizes. They fit perfectly. All three guys did a wonderful job. Thank you!
