I had a rather complex issue that involved setting up a monthly distribution from my IRA and depositing it in a joint account as well as obtaining a written statement citing the monthly distribution, etc. etc. etc. etc. I also needed these actions accomplished ASAP if not sooner as it was extremely time-sensitive.
