I have used DK Pan 20+ times, they have never once left me hanging, not even a reschedule. They worked with me once when the drain was off, came back on a Saturday, and went above and beyond to get it done. Of Course there is fumes, its Tar! You whiners should have a contractor that warns you, its not their responsibility to call the homeowner. It stinks up the house for a couple hours, open the windows, put some fans on, (Or leave) and at the end of the day, you have a waterproof substrate that will outlast our lifetime most likely.

D K Shower Pans was highly recommend by our contractor Daniel at Nikolic Construction. Lorenzo from DK completed a hot mop (Pan and Bench) in our bathroom remodel. Lorenzo was on time, professional, time efficient and provided a great final product. I would highly recommend and use their services again.
