I honestly can't give this place enough stars. This animal emergency place is the BEST at what they do. We had to bring in our 15 year old kitty after hours for not eating and drinking and after much testing, they determined she had kidney failure. Dr Mercedes Baena was so compassionate and caring and thorough throughout the entire process. We ended up having to put our beloved kitty to sleep and Dr Mercedes even offered hugs to me as I was such a mess. A week later I open my mailbox with a card signed by all staff members and a laminate of my kitty's paw prints to keep!! My own vet didn't even do that! Still awaiting their acknowledgment that she passed after I notified them. Brightcare is the best! Your pets are in the best hands here. Love this place!
From the moment we brought our dog into BriteCare on a Sunday morning after he had a seizure, we knew he was in caring and capable hands! The staff took him right back and led us to a room where we could wait. The staff checked on us and provided updates every ten minutes until the dr came in to talk to us. He was wonderful and patiently answered all our questions. Our dog is a very spoiled Covid puppy that we love more than the world and he had never spent a night away from home. My dog Otis was seen in at BrightCare after having an unexpected seizure over the weekend. I brought him in to BrightCare and was so overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff, how thorough they were in not only caring for Otis but also in caring for our whole family. From the front desk staff, to the financial staff, to the doctors and techs, our experience was beyond wonderful. They took amazing care of my dog, and were there to answer any question I had (no matter how silly) at any hour of the day. I am so thankful we were referred to BrightCare and am so grateful to know we have such a fabulous resource in our neighborhood.
