Visited last night after placing an online order, this process makes it easier for me to shop and helps with my self-control, especially in a beauty store. The store itself is kept clean, they have bright lights to be able to see the products well, stocked up on perfumes, other accessories, etc. sometimes, the line can be long, however, it speeds up quick. Online pick up is by the entrance and there is usually someone there to assist. I usually go in and out once I pick up my order.

My review is for Nicole at the Mission Hills location. She was very knowledgeable about the e gift card I was given and how to redeem it whereas 2 other workers didn't :( they were all nice but Nicole was outstanding, went above and beyond and reassured me that I wasn't a nuisance (Thankfully it was slow lol). Please hire more people like her!

My wife wanted to stop by this Ulta Beauty store while we were in the plaza eating at one of the restaurant. She wanted to get her shampoo that she knows they carry here so we stopped by. I parked in the back of the plaza but there are parking in the front of the store too. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and directed us to where the shampoo were. We found the shampoo that she wanted but they didn't have it in the size she was looking for. I found it at another store so I told her I'll pick it up from there.
