We thought we had termites and sent out a mass request for inspection. Albert's response time and same day service was fantastic. He's a super nice guy too. Turns out we didn't have termites, just gnats. Albert easily could've told us it was termites though, we would have believed him, because what do we know? But he told us the truth, gave us some great advice to get rid of the gnats, and most importantly, didn't try to sell us anything, which is so refreshing. A++ experience!
