Rodger is one of those rare mechanics who actually takes the time to explain what’s going on under the hood. He walked me through the whole process behind the coolant thermostat on my Jeep Wrangler—clear, detailed, and easy to understand. I really appreciated how he didn’t just fix the problem, but made sure I understood it too.
