Younger than I was expecting, but very professional and kind. Got my dishwasher installed in less than an hour. Cleaned up afterwards too. Works great, looks good, they even gave me a warranty if I run into issues from the install.

They came at 8 pm at night to install my tankless water heater and because it was so dark they installed it lobsided and broke open my wall more then necessary. I texted n asked them to come back and never got a response and the final blow was when I installed it the gas company had a double rebate but you had to submit it within 2 weeks . I never received anything from the gas company so I called to ask about it 3 weeks later and they claimed I never sent pics which I did ! I could hear them talking to each other and making up excuses ! So since they did not submit my rebate in time I missed out !!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They truely only care about getting the money and nothing else !!! I will make sure to share this with friends too

I tried to resolve it with your company and like I said your dishonest employees lied to me and told me on Monday (well within my right to cancel) that it would cost me money instead of telling me that I just needed to sign the cancellation paper and I would get a full refund. The bottom line is she didn't tell me because you would have been out the installation fee. Unfortunately there are other horror stories about your company so I'm not the only one. I will definitely ask who is installing anything that needs plumbing to avoid your company in the future. I feel sorry for others they shop at Costco or Lowe's and have no idea what they are getting in to.

The service was on time and the air gap installation was completed without any damage to our granite. The Bosh dishwasher was installed perfectly! And the cost was reasonable.

they were contracted by Costco to install a microwave and a dishwasher, but from the get go we're trying to sell additional services like an under-sink water filter, then the technician shows up and without doing anything wants 120 dollars claiming he needs to extend the hose. I threw them out of the house and reported to Costco.

So..my dishwasher, that was 20 years old, finally gave out. It just shut off during a cycle and would even turn on anymore. Electrical or plumbing issue? Did the plug fry or did the circuit breaker fail? Who knows? I decided to just replace the dishwasher through Costco. Evidently a dishwasher, per Code, must be installed by a "licensed techincian" ie: a plumber. Who knew? On Costco's website that means a "secondary installation"? Whatever the hell that means. When I asked Costco they assured me it was a plumber and is almost always doen the same day. I went ahead with it the order. I got a call from Faucetman Plumbing and spoke to a very nice lady who assured me they would be picking up the dishwasher from Costco and install it the same day Costco said it was ready for pick up. Great! Faucetman kept me updated and said they would be there between 12-4pm and Jerod would be my tech. Professional. Good start. Jerod and another tech arrived at 12pm on the dot with my new washer. I was afraid of what was behind the old washer. Again we are talking at least 20 years old. Luckily they had the old unit out shortly and the new unit was up and running within an hour. They cleaned up the area and were very careful with my hard wood floors. It has been 3 days and multiple loads of dishes later and so far all good. Thank you Faucetman and Jerod. I will update this review if warranted. (I did not have any of the experiences that the negative reviews have had...so far)

What a scam! If you are expecting Faucetman to install your dishwasher from Costco brace yourself. They're going to find every excuse why they can't do it. But don't worry. They'll come back another time and do it. But surprise surprise they'll charge you for it this time! Total scam! It's their whole business model. When I asked them to at least haul away the old dishwasher if they can't install the new one, they came up with a ridiculous excuse why they couldn't do it. Disingenuous liars.
