They did a remarkable job of remodeling and repainting every room in the residence. He was respectful of boundaries and my wishes (concerning not just showing up at my door to do work without notice or asking my availability expecting me to be home and then calling me to tell me he is outside), and he was respectful of my time. Hector also has good listening skills. Last, he even went above and beyond the scope of his position and put trash left behind (4 plus months prior) by contractors hired by/that work with AAA Greenbuilders in the trunck of his vehicle to remove from my property what he could.
