My dog recently diagnosed with a partial cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) tear. The specialist recommended us with a conservative treatment which includes swimming. My dog hates water and I didn't have any lucky to get him swim in the past. Urban dog house and Steve changed that. He did a good job introducing Wilson to the pool and swimming. Steve didn't push Wilson to do more than he is comfortable with. Although Wilson still doesn't love swimming, he definitely doesn't hate it. So that's a big success to me. I'm planning to take Wilson here weekly.

I have been a loyal client of Urban Dog House for almost 10 years. I initially brought my German Shepherd here for training back when it was Cooperhaus, and today, I trust them completely with overnight boarding for both my German Shepherd and my Golden Retriever. They always do a phenomenal job.

During a recent 5-night stay, I loved receiving regular digital report cards filled with photos and detailed updates on how they were doing. It brings so much peace of mind.

Me: The guy in the neighborhood getting pulled around by his labradoodle. People cross the street when they see us coming.

Finally, we decided it was time for professional help. We booked a 1 hour individual training session with Steve last weekend. Steve was beyond helping in helping me understand our dog. After even just one session, I was armed with tools to help our dog better understand our commands and expectations.

I was beyond impressed that even with just an hour of training, we noticed immediate results on subsequent walks.
