First time shopping at this store and it was such a lovely experience. There was only one person working, and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. She even helped me get a discount by suggesting I add a few more dollars to my order, which I really appreciated.
She also asked if I wanted to receive my birthday gift since I hadn’t gotten one last month such a thoughtful service. Thank you for making my first visit so pleasant!
Came in to pick up online order.. 1st assoc told me to go up front (not being more specific); 2nd assoc I asked, she told me to wait in line.. really!?? Finally, I saw the online pick up kiosk (which they should really make it visible to online pick-up orders).. The person there was helpful..
All the employees here are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions. One of the workers, Frankie, was very nice and helped us not only find the right shade of concealer, but also searched for any perfumes we were curious about!
