One of the best Sephora outlets in the Bay Area. I’ve been to other outlets and found their staff to be very rude and disrespectful. But the staff here at great mall is truly hospitable and extremely helpful.I genuinely want to thank Elizabeth who patiently helped me choose my foundation shade and addressed all my queries. Associate Sammy as well was a very sweet young lady who helped me a lot. Thank you for making my shopping experience at Sephora so special❤

First time shopping at this store and it was such a lovely experience. There was only one person working, and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. She even helped me get a discount by suggesting I add a few more dollars to my order, which I really appreciated.
