It's a decent facility. Some things could be improved, such as having an extra set of dumbbells in the far right stretch area, and an extra bench in the men's change room. It is frustrating to be on the rowing machine and have to watch Fox 'News' (using the term news loosely) being broadcast in a local Bay Area gym in front of the machine. I'd prefer to see a non-political sports channel for workout inspiration. The team members at the front desk cannot change the TV channels unfortunately; they are set by the owner of this gym

Please don't misunderstand--I truly love this location and have been coming here for about three years. However, I've never felt as uncomfortable as I did today. While I was getting out of the shower, I suddenly heard a man's voice. When I turned around, I saw a man standing there. It was an extremely unsettling experience. I reported the incident to the front desk, but unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with appeared indifferent and unconcerned.

This is one of the better locations in the Bay Area - spacious and newer than most locations. Shout out to Sydney at the front desk for prompt, friendly service. She helped with membership changes for me with the utmost upbeat attitude. Thanks so much!
