I showed her inspiration pictures as well as my own pictures with the most makeup on, and she knew exactly how to bring my vision to life. She was so kind, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. My hair looked gorgeous, and the makeup was natural but elevated—I felt so beautiful. She also gave me helpful touch-up advice. I highly recommend Chau!

I had already taken a trial with another artist which didn't go too well. My maid of honour helped me find Chao a week before the wedding and thankfully Chao had availability to help me with a trial as well as my wedding day makeup.
During my bridal trial with Chao, I was very happy and convinced of her skills. The day of my wedding, my makeup lasted for more than 12 hours and everyone loved my makeup. I got so many compliments.
I'd 100% recommend Chao for bridal and any occasion makeup. ??

I had a great visit with Chau yesterday for hair and makeup. She’s such a fun person, and makes you comfortable right away. She had a natural sense of what I wanted, even when I gave her a vague idea. She just went with it, checking in with me throughout. Honestly wish I had an excuse to glam myself up more often! Would recommend to anyone doing a photo session of any kind, wedding, prom, any fancy gala, girls’ night out, or just wanting to feel special for a day!
