My son has been attending this school for the last four months. He loves the classes. Couch Chris makes sure that everyone in the classes works hard. He not only teaches how to kick and punch, but he also teaches kids how to use your brain with every combination. I like that a lot. I see a lot of improvements in my son’s technique. Really recommend this place for your kiddos.

I've contemplated not giving a review on Yelp because I selfishly love the 11am small class sizes and maybe more reviews would attract a bigger audience...lolIn all honesty, I've gone around trying out different Muay Thai gyms when I was thinking about starting this hobby and the wholesome atmosphere here instantly drew me in. Coaches Chris and Lonnell are amazing at giving you targeted feedback on your technique without overwhelming you with more than you can chew at a time. Plus, it's a killer workout but I always leave feeling amazing.No meathead vibes here either and that was a HUGE selling point for me. I came here in July and trained till December with Kru Hom and the great people I've met there. Kru Hom teaches Muay Thai in a way that makes sense for beginners to translate and for advanced to learn more. My footwork, fight IQ and my clinch technique have improved, along with my passion for Muay Thai. Thank you Kru ??
