“Elmer and his team spruced up my vintage, quirky apartment with a variety of professional repairs: replacing a clawfoot tub drain & old light dimmer switch, painting and plastering, installing a new garbage disposal, and fixing heavy wooden pocket doors. They were timely and courteous about contacting us with ETAs. And he sent photos as the work progressed. Since we found more issues to repair (all were necessary & overdue), one day of work expanded into 3 so it was a bit more expensive than I planned. “I bought a lot of door hardware from Belmont Hardware and they referred Ed to me - first, to come out and make sure my measurements and other detail were correct before ordering, and secondly, to do the installation. The job entailed 9+ doors (old house) - levers, deadbolts, etc. Ed did an excellent job - clean, neat, very professional installation, reasonable price. Everything works beautifully! Very expert and detail oriented. Would use Ed again - highly recommend!“

He took meticulous care of all the hardware that we wanted to keep as it was part of our family home and we wanted to upgrade while still maintaining the feel of our family home.
