For almost a year I suffered from chronic nerve pain that ran from my neck down my left shoulder and arm, all the way to my fingers. Several neurosurgeons unanimously agreed I needed to get an ACDF, or disc removal with fusion of my cervical spine. I resisted surgery and instead went through months of PT, massage, red light therapy, cold plunging, saunas, and accupuncture (with another practitioner) to no avail. Kyle’s practice is grounded, intuitive, and effective. He’s a devoted practitioner and his calm energy and thoughtful attention to detail is felt in is beautiful treatment space. I came to him to heal an injury after an accident and to balance my nervous system. The acupuncture combined with his massage techniques helped my body repair and find greater ease and mobility as I returned to my athletics. I greatly looked forward to that healing hour every week. I suffered from chronic neck & shoulder pain and tendonitis on my wrists due to long hours of computer related work. I was skeptical of acupuncture and was afraid of needles until a (Western medicine) physician, who is highly recognized and respected by his peers, recommended that I try a type of acupuncture technique called "five-points".
