I really didn't know what to expect. As a career massage therapist and seasoned massage instructor, I know the benefits of stretching. But what I didn't know, is that the session I had with Kimberly, was going to leave me feeling better than any massage I have ever had. I have advanced degenerative arthritis in my hips, and I was concerned that I would not benefit from this session. I am on cloud 9 right now, and can't wait until my next session. I have been having the 50 minute stretch weekly for the last couple of months. I see Anthony A, who is very gifted! Initially focusing on my hamstrings and glutes, but really found all of the tight spots in my body and stretched them out! Also I had a shoulder replacement two years ago, and he was able to increase my range of motion, comfortably and without pain. I highly recommend seeing him
