Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I recently found this salon and am so pleased with how beautiful my hair was after my first appointment. Jackie Larkins was my stylist and she did an incredible job! My hair grow out so quickly, Jackie worked with me to find the right coloring for this season, we did a "root smudge" to help blend my roots a bit more as they grow out and the cut was amazing - perfect whispy layers. Not only that, the salon is gorgeous. It is nice an bright and beautifully decorated. Everyone there is so fun. Can't wait for next time!!

I am taking off a star for the high mark-up on their products. I love my stylist at Salon 171, she is amazing. However, I live in Switzerland and only come in once a year when I am in town. This time my stylist recommended that I use Oribe Gold Lust shampoo and conditioner. She also recommended not to buy from Amazon because those products are not guaranteed to be authentic. Besides, I like to keep my business local. I have limited time when I am in town, so I asked her to order me the 33.8 oz sizes. I paid $370 (incl tax) for the shampoo and conditioner and now I see them together online for under $200. I should have researched before I bought but again my time is limited....read full review

I haven't had my hair done (yet) by anyone at Salon 171, but wanted to write a positive review for Jacquelyn. I thought that I had booked her to do hair for my friends wedding, but dropped the ball and had not fully booked her. It was my fault that it didn't get booked, and when Jacquelyn discovered the mix up she went out of her way to help me find a replacement. She even posted the ask on her Instagram! I am beyond impressed with her professionalism, and can't wait to get my hair done by her someday! Thank you Jacquelyn!
