Called Peterson this morning for a fix on a water heater. Within about 5 minutes, Kyle called me back. Asked for a little bit of details and was on his way to my house.
When he got here he was very personable, energetic, knowledgeable and professional.
He went over my system and replaced a couple of hoses on the top of the water heater that were leaking.
I definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.
I was very pleased with the work performed by Petersen Plumbing Services. I contacted them when I saw they are a local family owned business. Forrester did a great job replacing some old kitchen sink piping and a broken valve to the refrigerator ice machine. He explained the work before he started and so everything was done as expected. Would definitely call Petersen again if we need plumbing services.
Kyle and his team were very responsive to my plumbing emergency out in Bolinas. They were very helpful in suggesting we check the septic tank, and so kind and understanding when we ended up postponing the job until needed. We will definitely give them a call again in the future!
