After buying three pieces and spending hundreds of dollars, I reached out to their customer care team to return the pieces because they don’t fit. I have never received a response by email (after reaching out three times) or social media (after reaching out on instagram and facebook). If you promote yourself as an upscale jewelry brand and sell pieces for hundreds of dollars each, this is awful customer care and no support. I do not recommend - please save your money and buy elsewhere!
