Dr. Penny and the whole team are awesome!! Everyone was so kind and took really good care of my dog. It's such a relief to finally find a good, affordable vet with a staff who really cares.
I moved across the country with my two dogs, one a senior and the other one who needs regular medication. I was very lucky to find Middletown Animal Hospital, every person I spoke with or worked with was helpful, kind and understanding. I had two separate urgent incidents, one with each of my dogs, and Middletown not only got me in right away, they also treated me and both of my dogs with respect and compassion.
We are extremely grateful to have Middletown Animal Hospital in our community. We moved here to HVL last year and yesterday made the difficult decision to have our 17 year old chihuahua put to sleep. From the moment we walked in to MAH and throughout the procedure, we experienced a high level of care and compassion. All of the staff, vet techs and Doctor Lauren Penney, treated us so well. We plan to bring our other pets to this veterinary hospital when they need care. They truly are a competent and caring animal hospital.
