Not a happy camper, came to visit gravesite. My mother and x3 siblings headstone, 😕. I saw that one headstone that was on my brothers major headstone was removed by machinery used by custodial worker and hit it. They apparently saw what they did and put it back on the front side of it.
I am so upset 😡 😫 😪, paid a lot of money, and to see the damage that took place. Hopefully, Merced District Cemetery will take full responsibility to repair the damage that has been done. This needs to be address, are loved ones should be cared and not destroy anyone's headstone. They need to bring it to the families attention. The serving hours of Merced district cemetery is unreliable. I visited the office back in July (don't remember the day) it was closed during business hours. I was thinking it's not a big deal, I'll be back some other time. Today 9/15/22 @ 2:25pm I went there the office was closed. A clock on the door indicates their return at 2:30pm. Another family was there before me waiting too. We waited for 20min, no one shows, they left before me, and I left at 2:47pm.Ok, we pay for your service. So do your job. Thank you

I am very upset I keep buying flowers and putting them on my mother‘s grave and somebody keeps taking them and I know it’s the keepers of the cemetery. Everybody else’s stuff is always there this is the second time they thrown away my flowers which are fake flowers and they were not faded they were bought a few weeks ago with UV rays protection. I went again the other day and everything was taken it’s ridiculous you can’t even do anything for your mother without them taken your stuff very ? I will be calling and making a complaint tomorrow not cool you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
