They were very professional and was able to fit me in the next day. They spoke to me about the needs over the phone and again after viewing the carpet. They did not take very long and the carpet was not soaking wet when they were done. They were able to get out old stains and the carpet smelled amazing after. I’ll be using them again anytime I have carpet needs. Very reasonably priced for the work put in also
