Huge gym. Lots of equipment. Multiple powerlifting platforms with squat racks. Lay out was a bit confusing and choppy but I was able to figure it out. Everything was clean and well maintained

My first visit was not good but then I realized the gym was in flux of being remodeled. Now I attend this gym whenever I'm in the area. This gym has improved, their staff is as friendly and helpful as always. This gym is also kept very clean which I really appreciate. They improved the flow of the gym equipment, I also have seen real improvement on taking care of keeping the equipment in good working order. I will be continuing to go to this gym whenever I am in the area and I'm looking forward to utilizing their pool, sauna/steam room! I recommend this location and InShape overall to meet your fitness needs.

I have always enjoyed attending In-Shape facilities. You all offer a variety of equipment to assist me in getting inshape.And the Staff are Great! After a workout I love the SPA! Then a thirty minutes of aquatic exercises. Thank you for all the services In-Shape offers. PS. It's WINTER! Please up the temperature on the indoor swimming pool, please.
