I want to thank each and every one of you. Valerie and Johnny have been so gracious and kind to work with. We brought our 97 y/o mom/grandma home on hospice and the A/C goes out and out of course, after hours. They both were so great to work with and we were treated like family. They did whatever it took to ensure grandma would have A/C and be comfortable for her remaining days. Johnny was here late into Saturday night. I’m sure not exactly what he had planned for his Saturday. Grandma has been a customer of Holl for longer than I can remember. I see why.
