He very sweet I went in to have mole take off my neck he just freezes it because I didn't want burn off. He was very nice Doctor I ask a lot questions because I was nervous because it was my first time the staff was great I got right in didn't have wait to long it nice place every one helpful .The Doctor was great .
Greatly appreciated not having to sit in the waiting room for a ton of time, GSD was on time and had us in the office in a timely manner. In addition the gentleman that worked with us was also prompt, patient and answered all questions with a great bedside demeanor.
Dr. Pilkington has been my dermatologist for 14 years when he first diagnosed a mole as being Melanoma..since then I have had one more Melanoma which was successfully removed. He is very personable and always has time to discuss any concerns you may have. I highly recommend him.
