I have just moved to Scotland and E and J came and did a courtesy check on my home. They quickly found several issues that needed attention. They were here the following week, on time and prepared. Professional, nice guys that they took all the garbage with them and left my house in perfect working order.
We saw their work truck parked and had some things that needed to be repaired. Called and they were able to come out within the next day. They fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner. Rey and Leo did such a great job at our house that we called them to come and look at some other issues at our office. They were on time, professional and were able to get the jobs done. Def would recommend them for any plumbing issues.
Was referred to E & J Elite Plumbing from Carlos Martinez Plumbing because Carlos said E & J could provide service for my problem with the sewer system (over 300 feet of sewer system). I called E & J and the customer service was wonderful (thank you Tracy). They were able to schedule a crew the next morning at 8a (they arrived at 7:35am) and had the problem cleared by 9:00am (after waiting 5 days of having a sewer backed-up). I want to say how great the crew were to interact with (Jose, Leo, and Shane). They were true professionals and described everything that they were doing. I would highly recommend. There are a lot of happy family right now. Thank You.
