My case was a very common but not so easy case. As I am a DREAMER my DACA was at stake, being charged with a DUI could've been my downfall. Thanks to Carlos Fuentes my outcome was changed. Being my first sort of conviction I was unaware of who to go to, but I'm glad i was recommended to him. Carlos Fuentes is someone very experienced with these types of cases, even from the beginning I had faith in him. As a result, he was able to drop my DUI to a Wet Reckless, with that not affecting my DACA status. I would totally recommend his services to anyone in my situation!

If I could give ten stars I would. Mr. Fuentes and his team truly CARE about their clients. They go the extra mile. Trust they are doing their best for you. I changed lawyers because I was told to get a lawyer in the county of the incident.... Not True... I ended up back going back to Fuentes for advisement. Thank you to Mr. Fuentes for taking care of those at their weakest moments.

Got myself in a wrong situation and Had to give Mr. Fuentes a call. The front staff was so helpful and friendly answering my questions that I had and setting up an appointment to speak to Mr. Fuentes. Mr. Fuentes gave me a call back and we spoke about my case and explained the process going forward. We spoke when court dates were coming up and what he was going to try to do. The staff called me to collect evidence that I had and little details. If you need a attorney give Mr. Fuentes a call you wont regret it one bit.
