I have used West Bay Cleaners multiple times and have always had a very positive experience. The staff are kind and friendly and listen attentively to my concerns and address these. The prices are reasonable and they move very quick. I highly recommend West Bay Cleaners to others in the Menlo Park area.

I stumbled upon west bay cleaners as it is nestled right next to my favorite cafe, Cafe Zoe, that I frequent. I decided to give west bay a try as an added option to my usual cleaners. I have a white shirt that got peppered with dotted stains all over the front. The owner was very helpful in helping me understand what he could/ could not do so I could make an educated judgement on whether to spend money on the stain removal. I ended up having it done and was very satisfied with the results. Their prices were also very reasonable. I like the no nonsense, frank and straightforward approach and will definitely use them again !

We flew into town for an interview and my husbands suit and dress shirts got wrinkled en route. West Bay Cleaners was able to press the suit and shirts in a couple hours for us. Customer service you rarely see anymore. Would absolutely recommend.
