Freddy is the consummate professional. He collaborated with us at every step of the way, and it quickly became apparent that he performed his work as though he were working on his own home. Freddy communicated with us carefully to give us approach options while performing the work and to make sure we would be happy with the results. He was fair and reasonable in providing us with the cost options and always discussed the positives and negatives of any approach to his work.Most importantly, Freddy was honest about what he could and could not do. He did not overpromise and underdeliver like other contractors we have used. Everything he did was of top-notch quality.
I have known and hired the Owner (Alfredo Verduzco) of Vera 9 Construction & Remodeling over the past 5-1/2 years. He has literally remodeled my entire downstairs interior which included two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen (including cabinets), laundry room, and living/dining room. The work included demolishing old plaster walls, moving relocating walls, drywall (installing, taping, mudding, sanding, and painting), installing new hardwood floors, tile work for flooring and walls, and and finish trim work on baseboard, doorways, and windows.
