These guys are amazing. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and I couldn't get it to turn on. Left it with Letif and they ordered the screen to be shipped overnight. There were some delays, but not their fault. Even though the part arrived close to closing, they prioritized the repair and got the phone back to me within a hour. Once I got in my car the phone stopped working, so I went back and they literally did surgery on my phone for almost a hour after closing time. They told me that there was more damage within than just the screen and that I might need a new phone, but if I do they will refund the screen and even gave me suggestions on how to go home and save...read full review
My Acer Laptop just shut down and stopped working so I looked stores up online and this one seemed the best. My experience itself was amazing! The staff is wonderful and really helpful, the store is easy to find and they were providing constant updates on call. My laptop is now fully up and running after just 2 days and they even lowered the price for me, as compared to the base rate, since the issue was fairly simple for them to resolve. Will definitely be recommending this to everyone ik!
So I'll add to the chorus of five star reviews for this shop. Dropped off a PC to be cloned and upgraded to a SSD drive. Turned it around in 48 hours, disposed of the old hard drive and walked me through the new install. And all at a very reasonable price.
We need to ensure shops like Techloop are supported by the community. Without them our only choice would be Geek Squad. Chatted a bit with the owner and found him to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
