I was very happy with my treatment in the back office. The location was also very helpful. The main issue I had. Was I was told I could just drop off my sample the next day. There is a large sign that says "If you are dropping off specimen, PLESA DO NOT SET IT AT THE DESK! Check in first, staff will instruct you to drop off in the basket by the Lab. Thank you. I was told to take a number and wait with patients. This could have been quick and easy. Instead it took 28 minutes. I had to skip my lunch and rush. I wish this had been explained to me before I came to drop my sample. So I could have tailored my day around that issue! Made an already stressful situation stressful.

I've been going to Menlo Medical Clinic for over 30 years now. I am extremely happy with the care I've had from many doctors, Dr. Christina Pagano being my primary care doctor - she is excellent, very proactive and always follows through on rechecks, video visits, etc. in a timely way. My OBGYN is Dr. Carrie Rothstein and she is wonderful as well. I have never had a bad experience here, and 2 years ago recommended Menlo Medical to a friend seeking to leave Kaiser, and she is very happy as well. The office staff is efficient and courteous, and technicians (mammography, blood drawing, x-ray, bone scan, etc.) are equally good.

Menlo Medical Clinic is the best medical care clinic I ever had. They saved my life 3 times, my wife 2 times. And cured cancer case twice each. They are affiliated with Stanford hospital, do all the front check and screen, arrange critical surgeries, and many medical lab tests, in a timely way. They have 2 locations in Menlo Parks and specialize in aging related illness. Parking is easy on both side. Reservation is easy. They have served me for the past 22 years. A Top medical center.
