I'm so happy Carolyn has r-opened her salon! I was just there yesterday. I've been going to her for several years and always get just the haircut I want. She's working alone, so one customer at a time, everyone will be safe.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's not the owner's fault at all. The salon is quite nice and has been around a very long time. And it's hard to give this type of rating, but the owner, I hope, cares about the behavior of the stylists who represent the salon. Susan Rosa is one hairstylist that can't stop gossiping and talking to clients about other people's personal business. It's hard to ignore the stories being discussed and how inappropriate that behavior is for anyone who works as a service provider to exhibit. Avoid her. Disgusted with such unprofessional behavior.
