Yes, Peninou is expensive, but I’ve used them for many years and find their work to be fantastic. Given the price, I only send my very best items to them. Cashmere sweaters: always come back with all the pilling gone. They hand-pill. Result: like a new sweater every time it comes back. I trust them with any cleaning issue.

I've been using Peninou Menlo Park for years now, and they are wonderful!!! Even through the pandemic, they remained open and reliable. They are so welcoming, professional, timely, and actually take care of you. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than others, but the level of service they provide is second to none and completely worth it. Also, they've had the same staff at Menlo the whole time I've been a customer; when employees are staying happy, so too are their customers!
