I started coming to this location earlier this year. As a tryout because our other cleaner wasn't working out anymore. We found that Peninou is excellent at their craft. It might be a little more expensive but definitely worth it. Every item, even pleated items come back looking new. The lady at the counter, Lupe, is always helpful and kind. Definitely gained a loyal customer.

I've been using Peninou Menlo Park for years now, and they are wonderful!!! Even through the pandemic, they remained open and reliable. They are so welcoming, professional, timely, and actually take care of you. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than others, but the level of service they provide is second to none and completely worth it. Also, they've had the same staff at Menlo the whole time I've been a customer; when employees are staying happy, so too are their customers!

Everyone I've interacted with has always been very courteous, helpful, professional. It's a tad pricier than some other cleaners, but for the level of service, it is totally worthwhile. They pick up and drop off my laundry, no extra charge!!!
