I am only giving this review these high 4 stars, and my rating is mainly due to the assistance I received from Leilani. Other than that, everyone else I interacted with was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly, quite cruel. Several representatives had an attitude with me and while they were upset that I had an attitude in return i never cussed nor raised my voice but i was super frustrated im not the type of person to go off people i was just highly upset. I was not impressed with this store. Many ladies walking around asking to help you only to guide you to thee most expensive things in there. I went in twice looking for an certain eye liner they did not carry. Found one I liked but it was out of stock. Went back 2 weeks later and it was still all picked over. A girl working in there guided me to of course a eye liner that was more expensive and when I went to use the coupon at check out, what do you think happened? Not eligible on that item... hook line and sinker to get me in there.
