Attentive, kind staff. Friendly. Professional, extremely skilled. I have slight hand arthritis and they listened well to accommodate. Immaculate shop, newer chairs, lovely music (I enjoy piano, relaxing string instrumentals) Paul2 gives wonderfully capable calf, foot massages with the VIP pedicure. Paul2 did beautiful work on my acrylic full set French gel polish nails. I highly recommend. now called Lovely Nails.

1. I made an appointment for me and my mother, and they seated just me half an hour late. We told them we were in a rush because I had a class all the way at UCSD. 2. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. I even told them "I want an ombré with white tips and matte finish" 2a. They didn't use ombré powder then tried to fix it by lessening the tips of polish and it looked splotchy and unacceptable. So she restarted and just put one color on top of all the polish and it was soooo thick and lumpy and ugly. 2b. The lines are thick and no where NEAR straight. They were nice people they just aren't good quality. Sorry to be real but I'd want someone to let me know the truth on yelp so I don't have to go through it too.
