Our AC went out last week during the heat wave and we have two small children. I called and they were able to get me in! The technician fixed the issue quickly and it's been running like new!

A/C went out in commercial space. Gus, Supervisor, was responsive and sent a tech out early the next day. Jonathan quickly troubleshooted the problem and explained in detail what was going on. Previous tenants did not preform maintenance so there was years of neglect causing component failure. Ordered necessary parts. Worked in integrity in that he tried the least expensive remedy first before moving onto others. It was the transformer and board, not the compressor fortunately. I need my AC evaporator coil replaced. The Fel-Air quote is priced fair by Gus Robles, and the technician Ronni's experience shows in his work. I am impressed while three others quoted with two technicians while Ronni did it all by himself. Adam, who came to check, also had a great attitude. I am pleased with the value of Fel-Air's service- a good team.
