This review is based on a service I received in March 2023.
I purchased a water heater from Lowes and they contracted with All Star for an in-home installation service.
All Star showed up on time and was easy to work with. I did not get a name of the gentleman but he was very kind and knowledgeable. He also invented his own dolly to remove and transport a water heater which save the amount of time.
I also received a city permit in the mail and inspection was completed with no issue.
The new water heater he installled is working properly. 5 STARS
Lowe's Same Day Service! No hot water (!) on Monday morning of the New Year 2026 holiday week. I confirmed that our 15 year-old Kenmore® Power Miser 6 water heater was toast. (Thank you Sears! We miss you...) But through my nearest Lowe's store (Murrieta) I purchased an A.O. Smith direct replacement water heater, and for installation was referred to All Star Water Heaters Inc. From there, with instant communication from dispatcher Josh and Jonathan's arrival and expert installation beginning less than an hour later, it all seemed too good to be true. My girlfriend needed a new water heater and Allstar sent a technician less than 2hours later after being given an estimate and water heater was installed by 12pm. Thank you Jonathan for hard work!!
