I’m sure everyone else is great but Maurilio completely disregarded what I asked for my son. I provided picture as references, his response “ no se puede” while I mentioned it was done before at other places he “side eye”. My son Has beautiful wavy to curly hair when on the longer side. However when cut too short, hair at his nape is not comb-able. He didn’t ask how much length to cut but I told him not to take too much off the top yet he cut like 2 inches too many. You could tell he did not welcome my input regarding my son’s hair cut. When I asked him to stop using the machine as I mainly wanted scissor cut, he said he couldn’t stop now because he had already started and it would look ugly. When cutting the bottom portion of my sons hair, near the neck, instead of asking my son to look down (like any other normal barber) he grabbed my sons head and pushed it down. Left the place with awful taste in my mouth from the service and energy of this man.

My husband took my child to have his hair cut and they cut it very ugly. I took him back to ask them to fix his hair and they fixed it and they charged me again for the cut. Even after they shear it, they charge a new cut again to fix the bad job they did ??Service: Haircut
